Soon after we brought Elizabeth home, our sweet friends, Sarah and Lauren, gifted us with a promise to try to capture our crazy family in a picture.  We cashed in on this promise last month and walked away with some priceless pictures of our family.  At one point, Lauren shot a concerned glance at me and alerted me to the fact that “uh, Catherine… it’s kinda impossible to get all five of you still and in the same shot together.”  Yep.  Story of my life.

A miracle did indeed occur that day, however, and we ended up with some awesome family-of-five shots.  But you’ll have to wait till Christmas card season for those.  (I mean, what did you expect?)  For now, check out some of my other favorites from our sweltering hot afternoon at Pullen Park.  Seriously, Lauren and Sarah, we owe y’all big time.
