Thank you Jesus, Matt is currently en route back from the Dominican Republic.  (Note: It goes without saying that I have mad respect for all of you single parents out there.  It’s no joke.)  Unfortunately, Matt contracted The Plague while in the DR, reportedly from eating a Snickers bar OFF OF THE AIRPLANE FLOOR, but all in all it sounds like his team (of 5th and 6th graders no less) had a fabulous trip.  Yet another one of his trips of the spring: complete!  The kids and I celebrated with chocolate chip cookies for snack this afternoon.  Shoot, who am I fooling… we “celebrate” with cookies nearly every day.  But seriously, check out these awesome little nutcases I am raising…
